2010 Rotary Living Expo
Starting out originally 10 years ago as a Garden Expo it is now truly a "Living" expo with displays and stall holders from all areas - from
Crafts to Swimming Pools - from Gardens to Travel with entertainment on all weekend.

Scooter Convoy
Originally a world record attempt to create the longest convoy of motorised scooters and wheelchairs. Now the event has become much
more with challenges made to other Queensland towns to beat our standing record of 126.
The event aims to increase awareness for scooter riders about safety issues, and for the wider community the importance of these vehicles
for independence in an individual's life and to improve their observation and consideration.
Location: Starting at Seafront Oval Extension travelling along the Esplanade with the finish line at Scarness Park
Time: 8am-12noon

Country Rock and Rock and Roll Day Out
A day in the park full of country rock, country music and rock and roll. Stall sites will be available to creative art workers or anything linked to country. Country style
BBQ, games for all ages. Sponsors are welcome.

Demonstration by Wheelwright on fitting tyres to wooden wheels.

Sausage Sizzle, plus Billy Tea and damper during the day.

Cooper Anchors Map of Australia - World Record Attempt
Cooper Anchors are attempting the world record for the largest procession of water craft and the largest map using water craft!
A map of Australia will be set using GPS marks and defined with anchored boats, the largest of which will mark our capital cities and Hervey Bay. Tasmania will be
formed using kayaks and canoes only.
A procession of jet skis will motor around the marked course to complete the picture. The spectacle will then be filmed and photographed from 4,000 ft and transmitted
live to air! Come down and watch this great attempt come to life!
