Fishing Comp with thousands of dollars in prizes. There are two boats to be WON plus a $1,000 drawn every night plus other prizes. This year we have a new major sponsor for a $1,000 for the heaviest any other species.

9 Qld Masters Swimming State Long Course 2012
Queensland Masters Swimming presents the 2012 State Long Course at the Hervey Bay Aquatic Centre.

Day 1: Warm up - 12pm. Start – 1pm
Day 2: Warm up - 7.30am. Start – 8.30am
Day 3: Warm up - 7.30am. Start – 8.30am

A BBQ will be provided on Friday and Saturday after the day's events.

Entries for participants open 16th January and closes 27th February, late entries will not be accepted. Cost will be $60 individual, $12 per relay.

Please note – maximum of 6 individual events per swimming, limit of 2 x 400m events per swimmer, limit of 2 x 200m events per swimmer, limit of 3 x 100m events per swimmer.

22 2XU Hervey Bay Triathlon
On Sunday the 22nd April 2012 it will all be on again, strict field limits of 600 individual and 150 team starters will ensure that the atmosphere stays friendly and transition area space second to none. 1500m swim, 40 km cycle, 10 km run. 26 Individual and 6 team categories.

A hot Rod and custom car event which includes cruises, entertainment, car shows, observation runs, public viewing and driving skills tests.

Based at the Happy Wanderer Holiday Park on Truro Street, Hervey Bay, the cars will leave here for various appearances round the Hervey Bay/ Howard areas.
